“We need to practice meditation gently, but steadily, throughout daily life, not wasting a single opportunity or event to see deeply into the true nature of life, including our every day problems. Practicing in this way, we dwell in profound communion with life.”

An Invitation to Give Meditation a Try
Starting meditation using pre-recorded videos or apps can sometimes feel impersonal or leave you unsure of how to navigate your own experience. Sitting down with another human being offers a warm, personal, and responsive way to begin.
This online introductory session is completely free. It is designed to offer a practical, gentle entry point into meditation without pressure or long-term commitment. Together, we take time to talk, practice, and explore how meditation can bring greater clarity and ease into everyday life, for ourselves and the people and world around us.
Grounded in Vipassana and Mahayana practices, our focus is on developing clarity and equanimity—working not on changing external circumstances, but on transforming our attitude toward life. Together, we explore responsive tools to help you discover what brings true autonomy and ease.
